2. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup.
   
3. After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
   

Refunds:

• COD orders: Refund via store credit or bank transfer
  

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours with photos or videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
