Return & Exchange Policy
We hold you in high esteem and want you to have the most pleasant shopping experience possible. Each saree is thoroughly inspected before dispatch, but if ever you encounter a problem, we're here to assist you.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- ✅ Return/Exchange is accepted only if there is a damage, defect, or wrong product received.
- ✅ The saree should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with intact tags/packaging.
- ✅ You should raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with open box videography.
How to Start Return/Exchange
- 📩 Reach out to our customer support team on WhatsApp / Email / Call with your order information and product images.
- 📩 After approval, we will assist you with the return/exchange process.
- 📩 Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, we will exchange your product or provide a store credit/refund (as relevant).
Non-Returnable Products
- 🚫 Sarees bought during sale/discount promotions are not returnable.
- 🚫 Minor variations in color (photography/lighting/screen display) are not regarded as defects.
- 🚫 Custom orders or bulk lots (wholesale parcels) are not returnable.
Refund Timeline
- 💳 Refunds/store credits will be issued within 7–10 working days after the receipt and inspection of the returned product by us.
- 💳 Our aim is to ensure that every purchase is worry-free, while being fair and transparent.
